Inconel Wire Mesh
Inconel Wire Mesh is manufactured from nickel-chromium-iron alloys known for their outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. As a widely used high-temperature alloy mesh, it provides stable mechanical performance during continuous exposure to extreme conditions—making it suitable for demanding filtration, screening, and separation applications.
This mesh is commonly used across military equipment, petrochemical processing, industrial furnace components, aerospace engine systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical plants. The combination of heat resistance, mechanical strength, and corrosion stability ensures long-term performance where conventional stainless steel mesh cannot withstand harsh working environments.
Material Options
We supply multiple Inconel grades to meet diverse operational conditions. Each grade offers unique advantages in corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and mechanical strength. All materials support custom mesh sizes and industrial-grade filtration requirements.
Inconel 600 (N06600) — Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and chloride-ion stress corrosion.
Inconel 601 (N06601) — Superb oxidation resistance and structural stability for long-term heat exposure.
Inconel 625 (N06625) — High strength and outstanding corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical media, and extreme temperatures.
Inconel 718 (N07718) — Superior mechanical strength and fatigue resistance, ideal for demanding aerospace and turbine environments.
Inconel X-750 (N07750) — Excellent creep resistance and stress-rupture properties for high-temperature springs and fasteners.
