3.dense twill weave

D1 and D2 represent the wire diameter; L1 and L2 represent the mesh; T represents the mesh thickness. The detailed specifications are as follows:

Dense twill weave stainless steel mesh


Dense twill weave has the following characteristics:

(1) "Zero" mesh, opaque fabric

(2) The position of the wire is very tight and has high resistance

(3) Very low absolute accuracy levels (down to 5-6 µm)

(4) Both sides of the screen are smooth


Dense twill woven stainless steel mesh is used in filtration in the pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, water conservancy system and other industries.
